Dr. Anil Khurana is the Chairman of the National Commission for Homoeopathy, Government of India. National Commission for Homoeopathy is the highest policy making body for maintaining a high quality and high standards in education, practice and research of Homoeopathy and make necessary regulations in this behalf.
Prior to this he was the Chairman, Board of Governor, Central Council of Homoeopathy, the erstwhile regulatory Council for the education and practice of Homoeopathy in India; wherein he was instrumental for bringing reforms in quality education in Homoeopathy and practice standards.
Dr Khurana has vast research experience spanning over 36 years including 3 years as Director General of Central Council for Research Homoeopathy, an apex research organization under Ministry of AYUSH for conducting research in Homoeopathy. Dr Khurana has about 100 research publications, contribution in more than 50 books to his credits in all areas of homoeopathic research i.e. clinical research, basic research, fundamental research, drug standardization, clinical verification, drug proving, surveys, etc. He has presented more than 80 research papers aiming to spread the spirit of evidence-based medicine and encourage research in Homoeopathic science globally.
He has developed the Good Clinical Practices Guidelines for Clinical Trials in Homoeopathy which is a comprehensive set of minimum standards for undertaking clinical, public health, social and behavioral research with homoeopathic medicines. He has also developed various training manual for homoeopathic practitioners, drug monographs and disease monographs. In 2020, under his leadership CCRH conducted more than 15 research studies on role of Homoeopathy in prevention of COVID – 19 infection and its treatment in various population settings.
He coordinated and designed fundamental research studies on homoeopathy to identify action of high dilution homoeopathic medicines in coordination with basic scientists including physicists, chemists, geneticist, virologist, microbiologists, pharmacologists, etc. He played an instrumental role in the National Campaign on Homoeopathy for mother and Child Care conducted by the then Department of AYUSH from 2007 to 2012. He developed and conducted public health programs on research mode providing benefit to more than 15 lakh people with homoeopathic treatments.
He has presented more than 100 research papers aiming to spread the spirit of evidence-based medicine and encourage research in Homoeopathic science globally.
An internationally acclaimed personality in Homoeopathic fraternity, Dr Khurana is well known researcher with active involvement in academics and administration for the development of Homoeopathy.

Dr. Raj. K. Manchanda is the Director AYUSH, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. He graduated as a homoeopathic physician from Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College, New Delhi and gained further insight into the science during his post-graduation in Homoeopathy from Dr. MPK Homoeopathic Medical College, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. His interest in healthcare further inspired him to pursue a M.B.A degree in Health care administration from Faculty of Management of Sciences, Delhi University.
During his tenure as the Director General of CCRH from 2012 to 2019, his wide scope of work included handling technical, administrative and scientific aspects of council’s work. 30 clinical, 22 fundamental, 40 verification, 20 drug proving studies and 3 public health programs were initiated. Infrastructure strengthening activities were undertaken furthering the deliverable goals of 28 institutes and units of the Council. Operationalization of programs like AYUSH Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), Computerised patient registration data at all institutes as per the international classification of diseases (ICD-10), development of web based specific research modules, in collaborating with radar, Vithoulkas compass, organization of webinars, for the dissemination of research knowledge to colleges and profession, mobile apps for collecting field data from epidemics, development of web based programs for epidemic management studies were further materialised in his tenure. 30 MoUs with homoeopathic medical colleges and 10 MoUs with organizations in USA, UK, Mexico, Argentina, Canada, Armenia, Australia, Brazil, Germany and Israel were signed. Short-Term Studentship in Homoeopathy (STSH) program and MD scholarship program were also initiated. werto widen the horizon of joint research and upliftment of homeopathy.
He has professional experience of more than 35 years in the field of Homoeopathy, including about 20 years as Deputy Director (Homoeopathy)/Assistant Director (Homoeopathy) in Department of Health &Family Welfare, Directorate of AYUSH, Govt. of Delhi. He has contributed significantly in the development of Homoeopathy and was instrumental in the opening of 66 new clinics, strengthening of Homoeopathic education and research in Delhi Government institutions.
He was the Organising Secretary of the magnificent event: The 66th World Homoeopathic Congress of Liga Medicorum Homoeopathica Internationalis (LMHI) held in New Delhi, India from 1st – 4th December 2011.He is the recipient of “State Award” by the Government of Delhi in 2010 for his meritorious work undertaken in the field of Homoeopathy and has also been presented -“Award of Recognition” by Robert Bosch Foundation, Germany in 2011.
He owes authorship of several research papers in peer reviewed international/national journals and a book: Textbook of Dermatology for Homoeopaths in English and Spanish language. He has been an active participant in International and National conferences where he has presented more than 50 research papers aiming to spread the spirit of evidence based medicine and encourage research in Homoeopathic science globally.

Starting his career as a Junior Research Fellow in the Council he has 28 years of research and clinical experience. He has actively worked on developing, designing, implementing and publishing research studies in clinical research and clinical verification. He has actively worked on COVID treatment and prevention studies, respiratory and dermatological clinical research studies and has treated lakhs of cases in his OPD at Homoeopathic Treatment Centre, Safdarjung Hospital, OPD of Dr. D.P. Rastogi Central Research Institute for Homoeopathy (DDPRCRIH) and CGHS Wellness centre, Supreme Court of India
He was the Hospital in-charge of DDPRCRIH Noida. Prior to this he was also the OPD and IPD In-charge at the hospital and Hindi Officer at the institute. He has also been the Chief Public Information Officer, Nodal Public Grievance Officer, Chairman – Central Purchase Committee, member of selection committee for different technical, administrative and paramedial posts, other than being Hindi Sampark Adhikari at CCRH headquarters.
He has 53 publications in research journals and books to his credit, has organized and participated in more than 200 training programs, seminars and conferences and has been an active speaker on radio & television on Homoeopathy.
Other than his PhD in Homoeopathy he is also a graduate in biology and post-graduate in business administration. He was the recipient of WHO Fellowship for the year 2010-11 at Centre for Disease Control (CDC), USA, National Centre for Public Health Informatics (NCPHI) on Public Health Informatics. He also received WHO Fellowship for year 2016-17 on “Statistical Methods for Epidemiological and Clinical Research” at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, UK.

DR. KUMAR M. DHAWALE is a Psychiatrist by training and a Homoeopath by choice in practice since the last 36 years. He is a Founder-Trustee of the Dr. M. L. Dhawale Memorial Trust established in 1987 to carry on the work of his late father, Dr. M. L. Dhawale, a Homoeopathic physician, author and educationist of eminence. The Trust is running Homoeopathic Hospitals, Charitable clinics and a Community Health Programme in the tribal area of Maharashtra. The Community based Mother and Child Health care programme through Homoeopathy had been recognized by the Department of AYUSH as a Model Programme to be adapted in other parts of the country.The Rural Homoeopathic Hospital has been recognized as Centre of Excellence in Homoeopathy by the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt of India.
The Trust has established a Postgraduate Homoeopathic College at Palghar in 2002 of which Dr. Dhawale was Principal till 2017. He was a member of the PG Board of Studies of the MUHS, Nashik for 9 years.
The MLD Trust has undertaken 5 EMR projects supported by the Ministry of AYUSH. Dr. Dhawale has been a PI in two of them. His research interest is children with academic difficulties.
Dr. Kumar has been associated with the CCRH in various capacities. Currently he is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board and a Consultant to projects on Mental Health conducted by the CCRH. The MLD Trust and CCRH have signed an MOU to deepen the collaboration on various facets of Research.
Dr. Dhawale has successfully presented academic and research work of the Trustnationally and internationally in conferences and seminars. He has been conferred the Samuel Hahnemann Award for his dedication to the field of Homoeopathy by the DDI-Arogya in Pune in December 2018.

He has risen from the ranks to serve as Director of hospital services thus, rallying in significant administrative experience. He completed his Masters in Healthcare from reputed University in United States of America with a major in Healthcare Finance.
He has experience of associating wide-ranging healthcare organizations. He is a founder member of “Primary Healthcare Foundation” an NGO working for improving primary healthcare in India. Dr. Pankaj Gupta has been working with Dr. DP Rastogi CRIH, Noida as Assistant Director (Pharmacology) since 2017. He joined Dr DP Rastogi CRIH as Research officer (Pharmacology) in Dec.,2011. Before beginning his professional career, he completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma) in April 2001 from B. N. College of Pharmacy, Udaipur (Rajasthan University) and later Masters of Pharmacy (M. Pharma) in July 2004 with Pharmacology as major subject from Poona College of pharmacy, Pune (Maharashtra). He also completed Ph.D (Pharmacology) from Banasthali Vidyapith University in July 2017. Prior joining the institute he had an extensive preclinical research experience in different pharmaceutical industries. He worked as Senior research scientist with leading pharmaceutical groups in India such as Ranbaxy research laboratory, Gurgaon; Sun pharmaceutical advance research centre, Baroda; Suven biological sciences, Hyderabad and Cadila Healthcare group.
He authors more than 20 national and international scientific publications. He has also presented scientific posters and presentations in several conferences organized in India and abroad. Prior joining the CSIR lab, he had an immense research experience in different reputed research labs. He worked as a Research Co-ordinator in Department of Dermatology, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, Kochi, Kerala; Research Scientist (Immunologist) ICGEB-Emory Vaccine Centre, International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB), New Delhi.
He authors more than 20 national and international scientific publications. He has also presented scientific posters and presentations in several conferences organized in India and abroad. In 2020 and 2022 he has been awarded from International Society for Antiviral Research (ICAR), USA. He has been PI/Co-PI of different projects running under his guidance at present.

Dr. Suhana P. Azis is currently working as a Research Officer (Homoeopathy) at the Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy, New Delhi. She is also Member, Institutional Ethics Committee, Department of Homeopathy, Government of Kerala .She has extensively worked on the clinical verification research programme of CCRH on various indigenous, rare and fragmentarily proved drugs of plant as well as chemical origin which are used in Homoeopathy . She has implemented/designed clinical research projects on Lymphatic Filariasis , Child at Risk -Learning Disability (CAR-LD), Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), Immunology of Arsenicum album in Covid 19 and prophylactic field study in Covid 19. Dr. Suhana is also involved in various Information Technology(IT) related projects like the development of the portal ‘Homoeopathic Clinical Cases Registry (HCCR)’, aimed at building clinical evidence in Homoeopathy and the Ayush Grid Project of the Ministry of Ayush . State Homoeopathic Drug Purchase committee. He is a member of Scientific Advisory Committee Regional Research Institute
Shimla under Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy (Govt. of India).
Formerly he was the Member of Central Council Of Homoeopathy (CCH) Ministry of Ayush, Government of India from 2015-
2020 and Rajbhasha Samiti of CCH, member of Committee for excellence in education of CCH. He was a resource person in
National Seminar on Homoeopathic Education in 2017 held by CCH at Delhi. He has represented the Government of
Himachal Pradesh in NITI Aayog in discussion about NCH Bill.
As a Senior Homoeopathic Medical Officer working in the department of Ayush, Government of Himachal Pradesh he has to
attend regular OPD services and in addition carry out various other activities related to different National Programs, Outreach
activities like Multi speciality Camps, School adoption Program, Wellness Centers at old age homes. As a Drug Inspector
(Homoeopathy), he has to perform all the duties assigned under Drug and Cosmetic Act. As a Member of expert committee for

Presently he is a Member of Expert Committee, BERH, National Commission for Homoeopathy, Ministry of AYUSH, GOI, New Delhi. He is an authorized medical attendant for Central Silk Board, CPRI & ISRO and Organizing Secretary, National Federation of Homoeopathic Colleges in India.
Formerly he was an elected member of the Central Council of Homoeopathy, senate member nominated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore; President, Homoeopathic Medical Association of India, Karnataka State Branch; and Vice President (Zone V) of the Homoeopathic Medical Association of India.
He has organized many seminars and presented various scientific papers on clinical experience for students and practitioners in seminars, conferences, workshops both at state and national level. Dr Kalpit Sanghvi is member Expert Committee of National Commission for Homoeopathy. He has a professional experience of 26 years as homoeopathic consultant, teaching experience of 18 years. He has worked as CMD of homoeopathy world at present empowering homoeopathic medical colleges and hospitals. He is a technocrat conceptualising information technology into holistic health care services to vision informatics – an information technology firm to empower and enable Indian industry with IT solutions. He served as the president of the Homoeopathic Medical Association of India, Gujrat Sate Branch, Chairman & Trustee of Homeo Care Foundation and Editor & Publisher of Homoeovision.
He is the Managing Director and Principal of Shree H.N. Shukla Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital since 2016 and Director Aryaveer Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital since 2018.
He is a Member of Council of Homoeopathic system of medicine, Gujarat state, Chairman General Standing Committee and National Executive Committee, member of The Homoeopathic Medical Association of India.
His key achievements include organising all India homoeopathic scientific seminar in Rajkot with participation from across country and abroad with 1400 + registration which was live telecasted for more than 50000 students and faculties in the capacity of organising chairman. Dr. Renu Mittal is working as Research Officer (Homoeopathy) in Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy since 2006. She has also worked as a research fellow in the Delhi Homoeopathic Anusandhan Parishad, Department of ISM& Homoeopathy, Government of NCT of Delhi. She has conducted clinical multidrug resistant tuberculosis, oesophageal reflux disease, anaemia, osteoarthritis, warts, tenia. She has also conducted surveys on patients preference on integrating homoeopathic services, adolescents health care, geriatrics, KAP on tuberculosis.
She is coordinating multiple public health programs undertaken in the SCSP sub plan of the council. She has also coordinated programs on National Campaign for Mother and Child Care, Homoeopathy for Healthy Child, Swathya Rakshan program. She has contributed in a number of publications, notably Good Clinical Practice Guidelines for Clinical Trials in Homoeopathy, Training Manuals on Mother and Child Care, Healthy Child, Health Teething, Homoeopathy – Science of Gentle Healing, drug proving training manual and drug monographs. Dr Deepti Singh is MD (Homoeopathy) and is working as Research Officer (Homoeopathy)/Scientist 1 in Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy, headquarters, New Delhi an apex body for undertaking research in Homoeopathy, under Ministry AYUSH, Govt. of India.
Born in Delhi, Dr Deepti completed her BHMS from the Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College, Delhi University and was recipient of the Bronze Medal for holding the Third rank in the year 2006. She further served as House Physician in the NHMC& Hospital where she has experience in supervising IPD and OPD of the hospital. Thereafter, she completed MD (Homoeopathy) in Repertory specialization from the Baba Farid University Punjab. Currently, she is pursuing PhD in Homoeopathy from the Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Deemed to be university, Udaipur.
Dr Deepti joined CCRH as Research Associate in 2015 and was later selected as Research Officer in 2016. Her current job profile includes coordinating the Clinical Research projects on Adjustment disorder, Urinary tract Infection, Low back pain and ADHD of the Council along with various activities under the international collaboration of the Council with College of Homoeopaths of Ontario (CGO), Toronto, Canada and National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM), Australia.
She is the Webinar coordinator of the Council and has organised several capacity-building webinars for the Council scientists and homoeopathic researchers. She has also served as Associate Editor of the Indian Journal of Research in Homoeopathy, Council’s peer-reviewed journal since 2015. She also handles the CCRH Social Media activities and its Facebook/ Twitter page. Dr Deepti has also worked in the Council’s publications section where she has contributed to both English and Hindi publications like Annual reports, dossier, books; journal abstracts etc. She has to her credit three publications in indexed journals listed in Scopus besides 15 others in peer-reviewed journals.
